The short version: you give us your email so we can tell you when SpecLock is ready. That’s what we use it for. We don’t sell it, and we’ll delete it whenever you ask.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
SpecLock is made by Night Shift Labs, a sole proprietorship run by Brandon Silva in California. If you have a question about your info, email us at nightshiftlabs88@gmail.com. A real person reads it.
When you join the waitlist we save:
That’s it for the waitlist. We don’t use cookies or ad trackers, and right now we don’t run any analytics on this site. Like any website host, Cloudflare handles basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the pages and keep the site secure.
We don’t sell your personal info, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database where waitlist signups are stored. When we start sending waitlist emails, we may use an email service to send them, and it will get your email address for that purpose only. We’ll update this page if that changes who handles your info. We may also share info if the law requires it.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We don’t track you across other websites, and nothing here follows you around the web, so the signal doesn’t change how this site behaves. We don’t let third parties track you across sites through this site either. Cloudflare only gets the standard request data it needs to deliver the pages.
We keep your waitlist info until you ask us to delete it, or until SpecLock shuts down, whichever comes first.
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect info from them. If you think a child signed up, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
